Laughing Water Ranch encompasses 220 beautiful acres of mountain timber and rolling pasture. Nestled in a beautiful mountain valley just west of Glacier National Park and bordered on three sides by the Kootenai National Forest, the ranch has a wonderful trail system for scenic and challenging horseback rides. Colorful names such as the ôTrail of Tears,ö ôRonÆs Overlook,ö and the ôNorth Fork of Deep Creek Trailö will become part of your memory book. You probably wonÆt see any other riders, since Laughing Water is the only dude ranch in the area. Kids will enjoy ôFort Laramie and a tepee village with full interactive programs. The childrenÆs program is available for kids 4-14 every day during the horseback rides. And yes, horses are involved in the childrenÆs program. In May and September the ranch advertises Cattle Drives, Adults Only and Singles Weeks, a pared down version of our summer program at rock-bottom prices!
